Who makes it
BookFlows is built by Eagle Industries LLC, a Florida company. It is a small operation on purpose: there is no sales team to get past and no account manager to book a call with. When you email support, the message is read by somebody who works on the product.
Why it exists
Most small service businesses are running five tools that don't talk to each other — one for the calendar, one for invoices, a card reader, a notes app, and a phone that never stops. Every hand-off between them is somewhere a job goes missing. BookFlows is those five in one, built for a phone in a work glove instead of a desk.
What we won't do
We don't take a percentage of your payments, and we never will. The price is flat by team size, so a busy month costs the same as a slow one. We don't sell your customer list. And we don't hold your data: you can export everything while your account is open, and for 30 days after you close it.
